Wunderkammer, Gorgons: Marq Rubus

Grape ale, 7.0%, bottled Sept 2024. The last sister of 2023’s grape ales; Vermont-grown Marquette grapes, blackberry and raspberry pomace blended with mature mixed culture beer for several months before packaging. It drinks like a light, fun red, with berry/bramble aromatics.
