Woodlawn Creamery, Southwind

Named for the 6th generation farm next door to Woodlawn, Southwind was originally made 10 years ago by farmer and cheesemaker Jeremy Russo. It developed a local cult following before going out of production. So, when Woodlawn started making cheese, they knew we needed the local raclette back in the market. Mild and accessible, Southwind is a farmer’s cheese and a beautiful melter.
