Dry sparkling cider from wild and heirloom apples.  A tribute to the small, forgotten wooded areas In-Between, where wild apples trees endure, The Spinney represents an exploration of our wild Vermont landscape.  Foraged apples from the home farm and trees deeper in The Kingdom join heirloom varieties from our favorite orchards to form this cider.  A fruity and floral blend with bright acidity and a soft sparkle.
