Wildbranch Cider, Perry

100% pear, featuring two two varieties grown by Wildbranch: Ure and Golden Spice; with the remainder harvested from a massive and ancient tree of unknown variety in Worcester, VT.  It is decidedly low acid, which creates the illusion of an off-dry cider.  It's got luscious pear flavor with a touch of salinity.  Smooth and drinkable.
