Wildbranch Cider, Hewe's Virginia Crab, Single Varietal Cider

From the producer:  One of the nice things about being a ‘young’ cidermaker, still improving his craft (beginning my 7th year of commercial production), is that you’re afforded periodic opportunities to declare ‘now THIS is the best cider I’ve ever made’. And so it is with this bottling, a single varietal featuring the venerable Hewe’s Virginia Crab. Insanely pleasant tannins, luscious apple with a touch of sweetness, and wine-like vibe and heft (9% abv). It’s beautiful now as a still cider, but is gaining bubbles and dryness in its bottled slumber. 100% natural fermentation, bottled pet-nat. No filtration or added sulfur.
