Watson Wheeler Cider, Green Man

The Green Man is a dry, sparkling pét-nat hard cider made exclusively from a blend of apples foraged in the Green Mountain National Forest and has an ABV of 6.5%.  The cider is named after the location where the apples are sourced and pays homage to the ancient symbol of nature. Because it relies entirely on foraged fruit and natural fermentation, it is produced in limited, seasonal batches
