Vermont Farmstead, Sriracha Windsordale

Vermont version of the British aged-Wensleydale, this cheese is a cheddar made with Sugar Bob's Vermont Maple Sriracha sauce. Perfectly balanced sweet heat, this cheese is not too sweet, not too hot, and completely delicious!  Try it in a grilled cheese, in mac and cheese, or atop grilled chicken! Or use it to add color and variety to a cheeseboard.
