Vermont Farmstead, Cheddy Topper

Heady Topper, one of the most sought-after brews in the U.S. and brewed right here in Stowe by The Alchemist, has joined with Vermont Farmstead Cheese Company to make "Cheddy Topper", a unique version of Vermont Farmstead's Alehouse Cheddar. This cheese has a very pronounced hoppy flavor - just like the beer!
