The Bubbles showcases crisp citrus character with a fine, persistent mousse made to last. Crafted from Willamette Valley fruit harvested specifically for sparkling production, then fermented slowly and mixed on lees so the fizz has genuine staying power. 

Toasting good news, celebrating beach days, or just finding a reason to make the moment a little more festive. We believe good wine should be able to go anywhere, and The Bubbles takes that seriously. Good wine shouldn't be saved for later.
