Tin Hat Cider, Parhelion Dry Cider

Dry, bottle-conditioned cider, classic new world style.  Produced using Melba, Red Astrachan, Dolgo Crab, and Atlas apples as well as wild early season sharps.  Balanced acidity, brilliant candy apple and plum on the nose, but bone dry.  Refreshing, clean, with nice bubbles.
