Domaine de la Terre Rouge, Garrigue Rhone Blend

This blend of ⅔ Syrah and ⅓ Cabernet. Sauvignon is earthy, smoky and black peppery in a very good way, as it reveals funky nuances flavors that are ripe and full of black-fruit notes, to the lingering spicy finish. There aren't many pure Syrahs from the Foothills as good as this blend.  WE: 92 pts
