Sweet Rowen, Storm

Inspired by European Crottin cheeses, these barrel-shaped wheels are hand-ladled, flipped daily, and aged to bloomy perfection. It transforms from dense to gooey as it matures—enjoy it at room temperature. Mountain Ash is lightly dusted in ash for an earthy piquant flavor. ACS 1st Place Winner!
