Sweet Rowen Farmstead, Herb Cheddar Cheese

Sweet Rowen Farmstead's cheddar cheeses are made from their herd of grass-fed Lineback cows.  Made by hand using traditional techniques and aged from six months to a year for smooth, melt-in-your-mouth textures and creamy, mild flavors.  Herb Cheddar is savory and fragrant with a hint of pine.
