Snow Farm Vineyard, Foxhill Maple

A sweet blend of Seyval Blanc and maple wine.  Nicely balanced, with flavors of caramel, butterscotch and, of course, maple.  Seyval Blanc adds some acidity and hints of apricot and peach. Serve with cheeses like brie or creamy goat cheese, or pair with desserts like pecan pie or apple crisp
