BÄRENTÖTER (16.8°P) is a strong crossover between Gose and Bock. This harmoniously complex beer is made from an opulent blend of six special malts with additions of coriander, orange peel, salt and a hint of Ceylon cinnamon. The lactic acid fermentation is complemented by saltiness and malt body to create a perfectly balanced beer. On this basis, fine fruit and spice aromas as well as Mandarina Bavaria hops can unfold, making this Gose-Bock something very special.
