OEC Brewing (Ordinem Ecentrici Coctores), Saison

Brewed by the "Order of Eccentric Boilers" (OEC) using a blend of Belgian Pilsner and Vienna malts, mixed with locally grown oats and raw wheat. It is lightly spiced with Grains of Paradise before undergoing a warm, open fermentation. It pours a beautiful golden bronze color with a lively, effervescent head. Expect bright zesty citrus aromatics, a touch of clove, and a distinctively peppery, bone-dry finish.
