Kiuchi Shuzou Ltd, Hitachino Nest Japanese Classic Ale

A Japanese take on the classic IPAs brought to Japan during the 19th century. This distinctive ale is brewed with British hops and slowly matured in traditional Japanese cedar casks associated with sake brewing. Deep copper-amber in color, it balances a rich malt backbone with distinctive cedar, gentle spice, and a smooth, herbal hop bitterness.
