Hazel Wine Co, Willamette Valley Pinot Noir

Dark ruby color. Aromas and flavors of raspberry, sweaty leather, cocoa, and pyrazines with a velvety, lively, dry medium body and a warming, interesting, medium-length finish displaying notes of strawberry, mole sauce, leather, and barnyard with medium tannins and light oak flavor. A nicely red fruited Pinot Noir with a counterpoint of ethereal green herbs.
