The Pinnacle of Traditional Belgian Lambic.  Crafted by the oldest independent lambic blender in Belgium. Hanssens Oude Gueuze is a masterpiece made by blending young and old lambics that are spontaneously fermented by wild yeasts. It pours a beautiful golden-amber color with a lively, effervescent head. Expect an incredibly complex flavor profile bursting with intense tart green apple, sharp lemon citrus, oak, and a classic, rustic "barnyard" funk. It is bone-dry, crisp, and incredibly refreshing.
