Eden Specialty Ciders, Perry (375 ml)

Eden's Specialty Cider's Wild Perry is a sparkling, bone-dry, and crafted entirely from locally grown heirloom pear varieties. Wild-fermented and clean, with delicate aromas of fresh pear skin, elderflower, and white peach.  A bright, lively acidity and a subtle mineral finish make this a refreshing alternative to traditional cider.
