Eden’s flagship dessert cider is made from 15 varieties of locally grown Vermont heirloom apples. Pressed juice is naturally cold-concentrated in the winter freeze, requiring over 8 pounds of apples per bottle. Beautifully textured and still, it bursts with luxurious notes of apple compote, pineapple, citrus, and turbinado sugar.
