Dieu du Ciel!, Solstice d'Eté Framboise Sour Wheat

Sour wheat beer brewed with raspberries.  The distinct acidity of Solstice d'Eté is achieved naturally by allowing the unboiled wort to sour for a few days. This is complemented by the addition—during fermentation—of a phenomenal quantity of whole fruit. The result is a highly refreshing beer in which the acidity and the fruit take center stage, dominating the palate completely.
