Cleto Chiarli, Centenario Lambrusco

A semi-sweet Lambrusco wine of intense red color.  Touches of pepper and cinnamon complicate the cherry jam flavor.   Its smoothness makes it surprisingly pleasant and excellent acidity keeps the residual sugar in balance, underpinning a savory and slightly grippy finish.
