Chertok White-ish Natural Wine

An unfiltered, Vermont orange wine.  This hazy, amber-hued pour is crafted from a long maceration of Cayuga and Aromella grapes.  It opens with a complex floral bouquet of white flowers laced with stony minerality and a hint of wild tea.  Crisp and savory, it delivers a pleasant, food-friendly bitterness and a wonderfully untamed finish.
