Produced by the biodynamic and organic-focused Brooks Winery, the "Amycas" white blend is an elegant, graceful wine, completely characteristic of the Alsatian white wine blends that Brooks is emulating here. Pinot Blanc, Muscat, Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Gewürztraminer intermingle in the best way, releasing intensely aromatic notes of lychee, ripe peaches, jasmine, and mandarin orange. The palate is dry and zippy, with refreshing freshly-squeezed lemonade vibes underneath even more stone fruit and florals.
