The Ultimate Wine-Lover's Sour Ale.  Widely considered one of the world's premier sour beers. This 2021 vintage was aged for over a year in old oak wine casks before being masterfully blended. It blurs the line between a fine vintage red wine, a rich port, and a wild ale. Expect incredibly complex notes of dark tart cherry, balsamic plum, toasted oak, and vanilla, finishing with a sharp, fruity, and satisfyingly dry snap.
