Boyden Valley Winery, Cow Tipper White Wine

A fun, refreshing stainless-steel white. No actual cows were tipped to make this lighthearted, semi-dry white blend of estate La Crescent grapes and regional Riesling.  Lively, aromatic hints of ripe apricot, crisp pear, and bright tree fruits. Prickly and bright, it makes a phenomenal base for a summer sangria or a highly refreshing daily sipper.
