Barred Woods Bourbon Barrel Aged Vermont Maple Syrup

Barred Woods' popular bourbon barrel aged maple syrup in a handy sized flask. It's tough to improve on their already heavenly Barred Woods Maple Syrup, but they found a way!  Premium syrup is aged it in bourbon barrels from a local craft distillery.  Soaking in the barrels allows the natural flavors of the white oak staves to infuse into the syrup.  Each barrel is only used once to ensure the richest, deepest flavors are imparted into the syrup.  It is then filtered, heated (for pasteurization and to remove any minute amount of alcohol) and packaged in artisan bottles. Nothing else added, all natural. The result provides a totally new taste sensation, a blend of deep caramel, vanilla, and oak. Contains no alcohol.
