Blue Ledge Farm, Moosalamoo

Named after a local mountainous recreation area, Moosalamoo is a creamy, mild, cow's milk cheese in the Cheddar/Colby style. Wonderful for slicing, grating and melting, pasteurized Ayrshire cow's milk make for an exceptionally creamy texture, and a tart after-bite.
