Bent Hill Brewery, Trees & Bees

Brewed in the March using maple sap from our local sugarhouse to replace our well water. 30 lbs of wildflower honey from Northwoods Apiary.  Hops from our farm. Fermented with our farmhouse yeast for several months. Naturally conditioned. It's a beautiful farmhouse ale with rich notes of honey and apricots. Acidity that lays in the back of your palate but not overpowering.
