Bent Hill Brewery, Rural Illumination

This baltic porter is built utilizing exclusively dehusked dark malts to provide clean chocolate, coffee and light dark fruit characters without any of the roast characters from darker kilned malts. Similar crystal profile to Bent Hill's imperial maple stout however this beer is fermented at lager temperatures to help create a smoother finish profile.  8.5%
