Bent Hill Brewery, Oatis & Tobin

60 Schilling Scotch Ale brewed with a plethora of English malts & Crystal malts. A small portion of first runnings of wort from the Mashtun is boiled off to enhance the Maillard reactions to increase the complexity of the malts.  Fermented with a traditional Scottish ale yeast.  7.5% ABV.
