Bent Hill Brewery, Rolled Oats

American IPA With Puterbaugh Farms Belma, Mosaic and Mosaic Quantum hops.  As the name suggests, Rolled Oats consists of a mash bill of 50 percent flaked oats. Light, fluffy and smooth. This batch was soaked with normal volumes of Belma and Mosaic but the brewers took it one step further by utilizing Quantum Mosaic hop extract. The result is an extremely bright hop profile with a balanced bitterness behind the fruit characters developed from the yeast.
