Bent Hill Brewery, Blue Jay Way Blueberry & Vanilla Sour

Sour aged on blueberries and vanilla.  Lightly soured using kettle souring with yogurt to create the bacterial population; then aged on 200 pounds of blueberry puree and vanilla beans - rich blueberries with an unmistakable color and a nice note on the back end of vanilla that helps round of the acidity.
