This artisan apple butter is cooked for over 8 hours with hints of cinnamon, nutmeg & cloves. Made in small batches with apples from a 100+ year old orchard affectionately called the Apple Barrel, that are picked at the peak of freshness. Spread on some toast, add to your cheese boards, mix in yogurt, oatmeal, or cottage cheese. Or do as the kids do and eat it with a spoon. The apple trees are untreated and are fertilized with our compost from the farm's grass fed cows and sheep. No chemical sprays or artificial fertilizers.
